As a courtesy, our billing service will bill your primary insurance carrier and provide them with the necessary information if you provide us with a copy of your current insurance card. It is your responsibility to know all the restriction of your individual plan. Any charges are ultimately your responsibility in the event you are not eligible for coverage of any service provided. If your insurance has not responded to our claim within 90 days the charges will be transferred to the patient’s responsibility.
As a reminder, please add your newborn to your insurance plan within 30 days of birth.
