Appointments

Patients are strongly encouraged to make appointments with the doctor of their choice. Our office phones open at 8:45 a.m. on weekday mornings. Please call early in the day if your child is ill or needs to be seen. If more than one child needs to be seen, be sure to tell the receptionist. For regular well baby, well child, sports, school and camp physicals, please call 8 weeks in advance.

Our normal business hours:

Monday through Friday

9-12:30 pm and 2-5:00 pm

Saturdays

9:30-12:30 pm

After Hour Calls will be directed to our answering service where a physician on call can be reached

For your convenience, we have established a direct nurse line for those wishing to speak to the nurse. The Nurse line is 949-645-4670 option 2 and should be used during business hours only.

Well Check Visit

To serve our patients as efficiently as possible and decrease your waiting time we ask that you schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible and please be on time. If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule if your physician cannot work you in without inconveniencing other patients. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate a phone call to cancel or you may be charged a no-show fee.

If you do not have an appointment, you may be asked to re-schedule and return later if your physician cannot work you in. We will do our best to accommodate all our patients in a fair and considerate manner.
