Dr. Eugene Chen was born in Champaign, IL. And was raised in Laguna Niguel, CA. He received his BS degree in Biological Sciences from Stanford University, CA. then proceeded to earn his MD from George Washington University in Washington D.C. After completing his internship at New York’s Jacobi Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Chen returned to Southern California for his residency at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles.
